Steve started his professional life after college with a 12-year career in international banking. This included an assignment in London, UK where he and Leigh Anne met and married. Soon after, they relocated back to Philadelphia and started a family that included three children; Emma, Abby, and Jeremy.
Steve decided in 2001 to begin a financial planning practice that would allow more time at home and more participation in the community. After 5 years as a solo office, Steve joined the Personal Wealth Advisory team. The family moved to Lititz in 2009 and has enjoyed participating in youth sports, Warwick school district activities, and the various events around town.
Steve has provided advice to families, business owners, nonprofits, and churches. Since financial decisions are best made in an overall context, getting to know one another well and proactive communication are key. Steve most enjoys working with multiple generations of client families, encouraging them to pursue their hopes and dreams with more confidence.
I like an early start, but not rushed. The morning is generally my most productive time, and the best afternoons include exercise. Trying to eat dinner with family, which I’ll cook if there is time. I often watch sports in the evening unless I have a meeting for community activities.
